Tahoe Nugget #11: Jump into Summer Bliss State Park is located along the southwest shore of Tahoe, just north of Emerald Bay. The park boasts an excellent "Jersey sand" beach, as well as canoe and kayak access to towering cliffs, spectacular rock formations, and bald eagle and osprey nesting grounds. The water just offshore here is more than 1,000 feet deep.
